Teal Blue End Table Goes to College

Finally! A finished piece of furniture! This is the little nightstand I showed you last week (here), that I repaired (with a little help from my hubby...but mostly on my own).  It's going bye bye to college with my daughter very soon.  She and her roommate are going to use it for a nightstand.

Here it is before:

After painting it a teal blue, and glazing it with walnut stain, here she is:

More to come over the next few days

  8. That turned out really cute. I love giving little pieces like that a makeover. They have so much potential don't they! I do a lot of similar projects. Feel free to check them out at www.learnandgopollyco.blogspot.com!

  9. I love the step table. They are perfect for a dorm. My daughter is going off to college in a few days as well. I also found a step table for her dorm room. I selected a white finish because we had painted several other accessories a pool blue color. Check it out under Vintage Goes to college on my blog at www.vintageretouche.blogspot.com
