What We Accomplished Wednesday #36

Want to be a pin-up girl?  Join the party, and if you are featured, I'll pin your project to my Green Willow Pond Features Board!

If you missed it, I posted my antique rocker that I recently refurbished.  You can see it here.

Are you ready for Christmas yet?  I'm not, but I am getting there.  I gave away a lot of my older stuff so I've been making new decorations.  There are still gifts to wrap, some gifts to make, and candy to make.  The clock is ticking!

The next two weeks I will be taking a break from the party as it will be Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve and you all will no doubt be partying with family and friends, not little ol' me, as it should be.  I will leave this party open during that time however, so please come back and keep linking up your projects. I will not impose a limit of posts during this time.  Link up as many as you like!

The party will return after the New Year.  I will still be posting projects during this time, but in case I we don't connect before then, my prayer is that you truly celebrate the Reason for the season.  Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

With all the inspiration from last week's party, I will not be lacking for ideas and recipes!  This weeks picks start with this beautiful cabin style tree by Katie, at Upcycled Treasures.  I love the burlap and plaid ribbon she made by gluing the two together!

This upcyled vase, made by Linda, at Crafts A La Mode, is gorgeous with a coat of chalk paint and adorned with a vintage brooch!

Christine, from Little Braggs, decorated her lovely porch with natural and rustic elements.  I think it is so cozy and welcoming!

Laurel, from North End Loft, revealed her new kitchen.  I just love everything about it from the preserved and moved glass door hutch to the wood laminate counters!

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.  I just love these sheet music curls that Dana, from The Starfish Studio, added to her cute reindeer centerpiece.

I have a huge chocolate tooth, and this Chocolate Yule Log made by Ellya, from Curiositaellya, has my mouth watering.  Her presentation is so beautiful too!

What have you accomplished lately?  I'd be delighted to have you link it up below!  Come join the party!

 Da Simple and Easy Rules

1. Only projects you have made/accomplished pretty please. Items for sale are okay, as long as they are in tutorial form, and linked to your blog post.  No links to shops or Etsy stores, please.  Link up to 3 posts - please link posts new to this party.

2. Linking back to the party (text or button) within your post is very much appreciated . You can grab a button from the side bar if you like.

3. I have one teeny little rule change that I would be so grateful if you would make note of. I ask that you share new projects (new to this party) each week, rather than linking up the same ones. If you make a mistake, no worries.  I will not hunt you down and give you twenty lashes with a wet noodle :)

4. By linking up here, you are giving me permission to feature you here, on Facebook, Twitter, Google + and/or Pinterest.  I'll only use 1-2 pictures from your post and link back to you. Then people will be flocking to your blog to read all about it!!  Spreadin' the love around baby!

*Note - After your first link-up, as a courtesy, I will email you each week to let you know when the party is up and running. If at any time you wish to be taken off the list, just shoot me an email with unsubscribe in the subject line. I use your email for this purpose only and never share it with anyone else.

  9. Deborah...you are right....it is the simplest of things that really make the difference. I'm head-over-heels for those music sheet curls. I have music in my packed stash and didn't run across it unpacking from my last move. No doubt it's on the bottom of something so it wouldn't get crinkled. ;) Hopefully, soon I'll be searching for them again. ;)

Big Hugs and wishes for the most JOYful CHRISTmas ever!!!
