What We Accomplished Wednesday #20

Want to be a pin-up girl?  Join the party, and if you are featured, I'll pin your project to my Green Willow Pond Features Board!

It's been another busy week here...but whose week isn't busy?  Church camp is coming up next week, so I will tell you in advance that there will be no party next week.  The top ten from this week will be listed two weeks from now.

I want you to know I visited each and every link this week, but I didn't have time to comment, so I am telling you all right now how awesome you are.  Link after link of terrific projects.  I hate it when I'm not able to comment.  But I love what you've linked up and appreciate that you all keep coming back!

This weeks top ten (again without comment - my apologies ) are:

Ivory Vanity by Lisa at Create Inspire Me

Rustic painted flag by Kristina at Thrifty Southern Pilgrim

Grocer Graphic Table by Liz at Image Remix

Art Tote by Christine at Little Brags

Silverware chest by Penny at Penny's Treasures

Gray and White Dresser by Jenna at Rain on a Tin Roof

What We Accomplished Wednesday #19

Want to be a pin-up girl?  Join the party, and if you are featured, I'll pin your project to my Green Willow Pond Features Board!

Wow, my weeks are whizzing by!  I promise I will have something new to show you before the month is up.  Then hopefully July will settle down a bit.  June is always busy for our family, with graduation parties, getting the garden in and our annual church camp week.  Add a new job with crazy hours and something has to give.  Unfortunately for me it has been this blog.  But I will be back with lots of summer projects soon!

I'm loving all the link-ups in the party and must confess I am a wee bit jealous of all you are getting done ;)  But I am storing up the inspiration for future projects.

This weeks Top Ten starts with this gorgeous hutch painted by Lisa at Create Inspire Me.  I love the new colors and those curvy legs!

Cindy at Sunset Coast shared her stunning kitchen makeover.  Inspired by some other gorgeous kitchens, she painted her lower cabinets black and the uppers white.

Looking for a smaller project with a lot of kapow!  Check out this gold painted clamshell by Diane from Extraordinary Day.

I'm loving this makeover of a French Provencial dresser.  I think I will be painting my daughter's French Provencial desk in a similar manner.  Sayuri at Vintage Breeze did an awesome job!

Isn't this the sweetest floor lamp?  Don't throw that broken lamp away.  Look what Terry from Forever Decorating did with some teacups and a coffee pot!

Andi, at Delusions of Ingenuity, transformed a sad little nightstand into this beauty with a little paint, imagination, and a bit of trial and error.  I'm loving the metallic painted details!

Here's another fabulous dresser transformation. Deborah, at Ramshackle Romance, took a tired old dresser and turned it into this gorgeous piece.  I'm a sucker for the use of script on furniture, especially with a French flair!

Isn't this desk and chair set darling?  I love the color and the bandana that Susan, from Sunflower Hugs, used on the chair seat.

I recently picked up a tart pan like this from a local thrift store, knowing I would eventually find something to do with it.  I love this idea for a cupcake stand by Jenna from Rain on a Tin Roof.

I just picked an armload of rhubarb the day Jennifer from Thimbles, Bobbins, Paper and Ink shared this yummy sounding Rhubarb Crumble Pie.  I can't wait until I have time to try it!

What We Accomplished Wednesday #18

Want to be a pin-up girl?  Join the party, and if you are featured, I'll pin your project to my Green Willow Pond Features Board!

First I want to apologize that WWAW is late.  I skipped last week because I started a new job and it is taking some adjusting to my schedule.  The entire store is being remodeled,  so the month of June, I am working 4:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.  Let me tell you, I am still adjusting!  I am enjoying work though.

Thank you for your patience with me during this this time, and for the many well wishes.  I feel like I have my own cheering section, and that helps me push on when this old body wants to crash and burn!  Don't worry, I am going to bed reaaaally early to get up that early.  Next month, I will be working part time during regular store hours, so this is temporary.

Enough of my blabbing.  You want to see the features from two weeks ago and get this party started, am I right??  I know I do!

First up we have Terry's bathroom from Forever Decorating.  It is drop dead gorgeous!  Though I love everything about it, my favorite item is the towel rack she custom made from a headboard...you've got to see it!

Angela from My Place for Tea repainted and recovered a couple of chairs.  They are so charming now.  She also added an applique to the top of this chair.  I love the added detail!

Aren't these fabric bowls charming?  For the complete how to (they look very easy to make), visit Jayne at Daisy Jayne.

You will not believe what this hutch looked like before Faye at The Shabby Cottage Home got her talented hands on it.  I had to scroll up and down a couple of times to believe it was the same piece!  I love how it turned out.

Aren't these handpainted, giant size plant markers fun?  Jennifer at Thimbles, Bobbins, Paper and Ink, created these out of old fencing.

I love this antique red color with a black top.  Susan at Sunflower hugs painted two dressers this red color.  The other has a stained top with a special feature.  You'll have to click over to see it too!

Connie, at Shabby For Sure, painted and added a graphic to these drawers.  The pop of pink inside, combined with the graphic on the sides turned out really cute!

I'm loving the subtle colors on this little desk.  Kimberly at Vera and Evelyn also painted a matching poster bed.  So pretty!

Laurie at Heaven's Walk has done it again.  She stole my heart with her pink shutters a few weeks ago.  Now she's done it with her porch makeover.  Just how much does she think she can steal of my heart before it stops beating!

I'm needing some grab and go breakfasts with my new job.  These caramel apple cinnamon muffins sound wonderful to me.  Check out the recipe from Aimee at Twigg Studios.
