Want to be a pin-up girl? Join the party, and if you are featured, I'll pin your project to my Green Willow Pond Features Board!
Yeah...it's December! I can start decorating for Christmas. I just can't make myself start until after Thanksgiving. I know there isn't anything wrong with it. It's just ingrained, and I kind of like to stay focused on one thing at a time, because I might or might not be scatterbrained. Yep.
I've started a couple of Christmas decorations, but I'll start posting tomorrow. So come back and see what this is:

I think I'm finished with it. Unless I change my mind, which I am prone to do. Yep. Yep.
But today is not about me or my projects, it's all about you baby! Thank you from the bottom of my scatterbrained heart for all your linkups each week. This past week was a challenge for me (yet again), to narrow it down to five. So I didn't. Cause I can change my mind...remember? I decided I will do 5 craft/furniture/decor/ whatever type features and 1 foodie. Maybe I can handle that. Ten was too many, five, not enough. I will hit that sweet spot eventually!
Also, I am sorry I couldn't personally comment on each link-up this week. With Thanksgiving in the mix, I just didn't have time. But I did visit each and every link-up and am so grateful for every one of you!
Enough of my blabber. You want to know who's who of the weekly party. Because it's December, and Christmas is my favorite holiday, I will start with this darling embroidery hoop snowman made by Nici, at Posed Perfection. How cute is that?
Someday when I grow up, I want a grown up bedroom, kinda like this gorgeous guest room decorated by Laurel at The North End Loft. Sublime!
You have to see how Christine at Let's Get Crafty redecorated and organized her computer cabinet. It's an office behind closed doors. Love that!
These snowmen are so stinkin' cute! Denise, from Denise on a Whim turned some scrap wood into these adorable little guys. I love that you could leave these out all winter, not just for Christmas.
This has to be one of the most unusual, and very cool pieces I've seen. Tina, from Home Sweet Home, transformed a beat up old Army Field Desk into this amazing piece of furniture.
My foodie choice this week was this Ranch Twice Baked Potato Casserole, made by Leslie, from Lamberts Lately. I looove potatoes, and these look to die for!
So what have you been up to? Share your accomplishments below and give yourself a pat on the back! I have one teeny little rule change that I would be so grateful if you would make note of. I ask that you share new projects (new to this party) each week, rather than linking up the same ones. If you make a mistake, no worries. I will not hunt you down and give you twenty lashes with a wet noodle :)
Da Simple and Easy Rules
1. Only projects you have made/accomplished pretty please. Items for sale are okay, as long as they are in tutorial form, and linked to your blog post. No links to shops or Etsy stores, please. Link up to 3 posts - please link posts new to this party.
2. Linking back to the party (text or button) within your post is very much appreciated . You can grab a button from the side bar if you like.
3. By linking up here, you are giving me permission to feature you here, on Facebook, Twitter, Google + and/or Pinterest. I'll only use 1-2 pictures from your post and link back to you. Then people will be flocking to your blog to read all about it!! Spreadin' the love around baby!
*Note - After your first link-up, as a courtesy, I will email you each week to let you know when the party is up and running. If at any time you wish to be taken off the list, just shoot me an email with unsubscribe in the subject line. I use your email for this purpose only and never share it with anyone else.
So honored to see my ranch twice baked potato casserole featured. Thanks so much!

Thanks bunches for hosting! Sharing daughter's handiwork this week.
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a great week.
Such fun ideas, and more on their way! I looked for your party early this evening, so I was glad you sent an email notice when it opened. How embarrassing to be early to the party!
ReplyDeleteThanks.
I agree! Laurel's 'grown-up' bedroom is amazing!!
ReplyDeleteMy posts are not projects or anything I made this time....if they're not appropriate...just kick 'em out the door. It's okay. I haven't been able to find my project groove for Christmas in the 'inbetween.' Just missing my own home and stuff a lot these days. It's time to get my 'big girl' panties on and get going. ;)
I'm looking forward to seeing your creative creations!!!
Hope your week is extraordinary....and FUN!
Thank you so much for the party Deborah.
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful Wednesday.
