What We Accomplished Wednesday #60

Want to be a pin-up girl? Join the party, and if you are featured, I'll pin your project to my Green Willow Pond Features Board!

Time is just flying by this summer. It's July already and I have not touched a project, other than the things I'm making for my shop. These double hours at work are killing me...or at least killing my creativity!  I'm sure it will pass, but I am chomping at the bit to get some things painted while the weather is warm. Don't give up on me...I will have projects to share very soon I hope!

Thank you all who responded to my post about changing my weekly party to every other week. The consensus was that you would still come party with me...yay! So, for now at least, I will host What We Accomplished Wednesdays every other week. I'm hoping that will give me some extra time to work on some of my own projects too :)

Since the party will be running every other week, I am once again featuring ten links...Who hoo! More chances for you to be featured!

Let's start with this beautiful little table painted by Mary at Orphans With Makeup.  Love those metal booties on the legs and the color is gorgeous!

Show me some aged galvanized metal and my heart starts pitter-pattering.  I can't help myself.  So when I saw these adorable buckets by Christine from Little Braggs, my heart melted.

Tammy, from One More Time Events, decorated her awesome shelf ladder in shades of green and orange.  I am in love with her ladder.

If you aren't lucky enough to find a ladder like Christine's, you can make one yourself.  I love this pretty little version by Kristi, from Making It In the Mountains.  Check it out for a tutorial on how to make your own!

I think we all have lampshades that are a little ho-hum lying around the house right?  Look what Celestina, from Southern Day Dreams did with hers, using special transfer paper. So pretty!

This next feature is just blow-my-mind creative!  Check out this old radio turned drink bar created by Bliss Ranch.  I have an old radio in storage that I haven't done anything with yet.  This is such a cool idea!

You've probably seen lots of these Mason jar vase boards, but I love the tweak of using glass milk bottles that Michelle at Our Crafty Mom came up with.  Love the color and the way she used it vertically too!

Penny's hubby, "H," from Penny's Treasures, creates all kinds of wonderful things for her...lucky girl!  His latest project is this potting shed turned tea room.  It is just adorable.  Love the tea saucers glued in the window panes.

Here's another lamp shade idea, by Patti from Old Things New.  She used ripped fabric tied on an old lampshade frame.  I love the added keys dangling from the edge too!

And last, but certainly not least, Julia, from Happy House and Home, shares three belly-blasting smoothie recipes with us.  They sound so good and refreshing for a light summer meal!

Now it's your turn.  Show us what you've accomplished.  Can't wait to see what you've been up to!

The Simple and Easy Rules

1. Only projects you have made/accomplished pretty please. This means no round up of others projects, give aways etc. Items for sale are okay, as long as they are in tutorial form, and linked to your blog post.  No links to shops or Etsy stores, or round-up posts of others projects please.  Link up to 3 posts - please link posts new to this party.

2. Linking back to the party (text or button) within your post is very much appreciated . You can grab a button from the side bar if you like.

3. By linking up here, you are giving me permission to feature you here, on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and/or Pinterest.  I'll only use 1-2 pictures from your post and link back to you. Then people will be flocking to your blog to read all about it!!  Spreadin' the love around baby!
Most importantly, go visit some of the links because otherwise it wouldn't be a party would it?

I am no longer automatically adding you to my email list to send out reminders about the party. If you want a reminder each week, just use the little sign up form below. You will only be signing up for party notifications. I will not use this list for anything else, nor will I ever share it with anyone. ever. period.

  16. I just read your post on Junk Chic Cottage.

I think you look younger today than in that 10 year old photo. What's your secret?
