Thank you to all who sent me get well wishes. A friend of mine described the cold that was going around as a cross between a cold and ebola...ha! It was pretty awful, but I'm much better now, though my head is still somewhat stuffy. But spring has sprung...or at least it sure feels like it this week. The temps went from below zero to in the 50's in one week! I couldn't be more thrilled!
I created a new apron for the shop this week, with a couple more new ones in the wings. I really love the soft neutral gray and white in this design. The design is a bit more modern for me, but the neutral colors keep it classic. Love that!
We also took a quick trip to Gaylord to see our daughter and swap cars with her (she was up for a bachelorette party). Her car is acting up so we will get it fixed and swap back in two weeks at our friend's, daughter's wedding.
I can never resist TJ Maxx shopping when I'm over there. I posted some treasures I picked up for my sewing room on my Facebook page. If you are so inclined, I would love to have you join my Facebook page here. I'm almost to 500 likes which is so much fun :)
There were plenty of amazing link-ups this past two weeks. This weeks top ten start with these pretty French labels. For the tutorial check it out at Dreams Factory.
Poppy, at With a Dash of Color, lined these metal tags with burlap and tied them onto baskets for beautiful organization. I have some of these tags. I just mightsteal borrow this idea!
All the lovely details of this gorgeous cabinet were lost before Anna, of Prastbracken, painted it white. What a beautiful piece!
Brooke, from Creative Country Mom, revealed her new living room renovation. Those leather couches and industrial style tables just make the room!
This is just ingenious! Kim, from Living Vintage used an old post and vintage door knobs to create a jewelry tree!
I can't seem to get enough white. I just love the clean look, especially on pieces with beautiful details like this curvy dresser painted at Mary Beth's Place.
I also love pairing grays and blues with white. Lynda, from Lynda Bergman Decorative Artisan, painted this stunning ceiling medallion. What great details and beautiful colors!
Cherry and cheesecake go together like peanut butter and jelly. Cherries are one of my hubby's favorite foods. These cherry cheescake bars are right up his alley, and I think I could eat half a pan myself! Find the recipe at Lou Lou Girls.
Now it's your turn. Share your latest accomplishments, projects and recipes. Visit some links and join in the fun!

The Simple and Easy Rules
1. Only projects you have made/accomplished pretty please. This means no round up of others projects, give-aways, reviews of products, etc. Items for sale are okay, as long as they are in tutorial form, and linked to your blog post. No links to shops or Etsy stores Link up to 3 posts - please link posts new to this party.
2. Linking back to the party (text or button) within your post is very much appreciated . You can grab a button from the side bar if you like.
3. By linking up here, you are giving me permission to feature you here, on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and/or Pinterest. I'll only use 1-2 pictures from your post and link back to you. Then people will be flocking to your blog to read all about it!! Spreadin' the love around baby!
Most importantly, go visit some of the links because otherwise it wouldn't be a party would it?
If you want a reminder each week, just use the little sign up form below. You will only be signing up for party notifications. I will not use this list for anything else, nor will I ever share it with anyone. ever. period. Most importantly, go visit some of the links because otherwise it wouldn't be a party would it?

ReplyDeleteVehicles are often alluded to as "play clay toys for the enormous young men". A little kid is exceptionally blissful when his folks got him vehicle miniatures yet as he arrives at adulthood he believed that smaller than normal should be a genuine one. Having a vehicle resembles a blessing from heaven for some grown-ups.
ReplyDeleteReading about the accomplishments at Green Willow Pond is truly inspiring! The positive impact on the community is evident, and it’s a reminder of what can be achieved through dedication and teamwork. As a student in the healthcare field, I often look for resources that provide health care assignment help to better understand such initiatives. This kind of success motivates me to contribute to similar projects in the future!
