Want to be a pin-up girl? Join the party, and if you are featured, I'll pin your project to my Green Willow Pond Features Board!
Just a quick announcement: If you tried to grab the code for my buttons and they didn't work before, I have fixed them and believe everything is working correctly now. If you try them would you let me know if they work for you? They are on my right sidebar. Help yourself! Thanks so much!
Once again sickness has touched our home. My youngest caught another nasty cold and this time shared it with me. I am hitting it hard with Emergen-C and am feeling better tonight. I've basically laid around like a lump today trying to rest and recoup. I have to work late tomorrow so I hope to be lots better by morning.
This week I posted a tutorial about painting and recovering the seat of my rocker that I shared before Christmas.
If you've never recovered a chair seat before, I shared step-by-step how to tackle it, along with some tips to make it easier.
Last weeks linkups were awesome! I had a really hard time choosing and decided to throw in an extra this week! First up we have this jaw dropping, World Market knock off table made by Elisha at Pneumatic Addict. I am seriously not playing favorites, but Elisha just keeps cranking out the most amazing projects! I don't know how she does it.
Lori, at Marvins Daughter, created these adorable grain sack card sets to give out as Valentine gifts. Oh to be her Valentine! I love these.
Check out these lampshades at Celestina Marie Designs. They were plain white shades before she added a rag trim to them. Aren't they darling?
I love this Valentine tablescape by Ann at Corner of Plaid and Paisley. Those lace chargers are beautiful. Can you see what she used for a table runner? She used chalk to draw a design on plain kraft paper. Love that!
Poppy, at With a Dash of Color, used 4x4's and deck post trim to make these amazing pedestals. I want! Love those black numbered flower pots too!
Aimee, at Twigg Studios, usually creates amazing desserts. This time she shared a simple but adorable heart shaped pom pom that she made as a cake topper. Wouldn't this be cute for a tray of cupcakes too?
Now it's your turn! Please join the party and show us what you accomplished this week. I can't wait to see!

Need a metabolism boost...or just a quick, yummy breakfast? Julia, at Happy House and Home tweaked a recipe from Redbook to create this yummy smoothie. I can attest to how good this is, because I tried it this week. I tweaked Julia's recipe just a tiny bit by adding two drops of liquid stevia because I have a beast of a sweet tooth, but believe me, for most people this is plenty sweet enough!

Da Simple and Easy Rules
1. Only projects you have made/accomplished pretty please. Items for sale are okay, as long as they are in tutorial form, and linked to your blog post. No links to shops or Etsy stores, please. Link up to 3 posts - please link posts new to this party.
2. Linking back to the party (text or button) within your post is very much appreciated . You can grab a button from the side bar if you like.
3. I have one teeny little rule change that I would be so grateful if you would make note of. I ask that you share new projects (new to this party) each week, rather than linking up the same ones. If you make a mistake, no worries. I will not hunt you down and give you twenty lashes with a wet noodle :)
4. By linking up here, you are giving me permission to feature you here, on Facebook, Twitter, Google + and/or Pinterest. I'll only use 1-2 pictures from your post and link back to you. Then people will be flocking to your blog to read all about it!! Spreadin' the love around baby!
Most importantly, go visit some of the links because otherwise it wouldn't be a party would it?
I am no longer automatically adding you to my email list to send out reminders about the party. If you want a reminder each week, just use the little sign up form below. You will only be signing up for party notifications. I will not use this list for anything else, nor will I ever share it with anyone. ever. period. Most importantly, go visit some of the links because otherwise it wouldn't be a party would it?
